Event: MINI (Cooper) Motoring Challenge in Houston
Do you feel the need…the need for speed? Then you’re in luck! The MINI Motoring Challenge is coming to Houston May 29th-31st at NRG Park. This is a one-of-a-kind test drive event where MINI Cooper lets you drive their latest 2 and 4 door Hardtops on one of three closed-course tracks. The tracks simulate a getaway drive, a pinball machine, and a famous British racetrack. The event takes place at night so the pinball course is literally glowing!

I recently had the opportunity to work out at DEFINE with Elaine Turner for the latest episode of Elaine’s Big Life with fellow bloggers Carly, Erica, and Kim. If you haven’t watched an episode before, they are hilarious behind the scenes glimpses into Elaine’s life as a fashion designer. (I’ve been going to DEFINE on & off for 3 years and highly recommend it for anyone who wants to tone up without getting bulky!) We also took a mini Revolution bike class. It was my first time and I’m glad it didn’t make the video – I was dying!
