A few weeks ago I attended Vera Bradley’s “It’s Good To Be A Girl” event at the Houston Galleria. It was my first time checking out the new store. In addition to the quilted bags the brand is known for, there was a new collection of leather bags, travel organizers, sunglasses and jewelry.
This leather backpack came home with me and I love it! It’s so much easier to have my hands free when I’m carrying all 22lbs of Ford (and his diaper bag). We have the Stroll Around Baby Bag in navy. I got his name monogrammed on it in bright orange. It has lots of great pockets, a removable changing pad, and it’s easy to clean.
Vera Bradley has great teacher gifts too. I picked out a tote bag for one of Ford’s teachers. A lunchbox makes a great gift too! Also in store were pieces from the newly launched college shop. The Galleria features products for Texas schools in including my alma mater UT.
