If my lack of posting is any indication, life as a new mom is BUSY! Since I work full-time, I try to make the most of the time I have with Ford. Amazing Spaces – I was feeling overwhelmed by the amount of baby gear Ford had outgrown that was stacking up in our dining room. When we decided to put our house on the market, I had to get it out fast. That’s when I discovered this amazing secure storage space! It seriously feels more like a lodge then storage center. The building is well-lit, secure, and impeccably clean. The staff is super friendly too! Are you drowning in clutter? Eco Modern Concierge – Amy has helped me organize Ford’s nursery and shared her organizing tips here. I recently used her personal errands services. I had a mountain of errands pile up. Amy picked up meds from the vet, shoes from the repair shop, items from the Monogram Shop, shoes for a blog collaboration and delivered two presents. In two hours, Amy did what would have taken me 4 and probably over two weeks time. It was such a relief to get those items knocked off my to-do list!
Instacart – Do you hate grocery shopping on Sundays as much as I do? I used to enjoy it but now its just one more thing I have to do. Enter Instacart! This free app has given me my Sundays back. Simply select your store and add the items to your cart. I order groceries from HEB, bottled water and bulk snacks from Costco, and occasionally cat food from Petco. Groceries are generally delivered in an hour or you can select a specific time frame. Hint: Pay attention to the fees when you check out.
