I purchased this flirty ruffle top during a sale last summer. It didn’t go unnoticed that the loose fit and slight hi-lo hem would make it a great maternity option too. While this bright blue is no longer available, you can find it in classic ivory or black and this similar style in navy (on sale). J.Crew also has a great silk cami under $100 in lots of colors including a similar bright blue.
