I recently had the opportunity to work out at DEFINE with Elaine Turner for the latest episode of Elaine’s Big Life with fellow bloggers Carly, Erica, and Kim. If you haven’t watched an episode before, they are hilarious behind the scenes glimpses into Elaine’s life as a fashion designer. In the video, Henry Richardson, the founder of DEFINE, leads us thru a body & mind class. (I’ve been going to DEFINE on & off for 3 years and highly recommend it for anyone who wants to tone up without getting bulky!) We also took a mini Revolution bike class. It was my first time and I’m glad it didn’t make the video – I was dying!
